i almost gave this place a good review but, the shower head was rusty and the air-conditioning emitted a strange smell which definitely ruined my stay. and of course, no mini-fridge is just inexcusable. for a place like this, i expected a welcome gift or something, but i guess that was too much to ask.

This hotel was fantastic for our family stay! The kids enjoyed the badminton school, and we also visited BTC City, which is a huge shopping center with loads of fun activities. The staff was exceptionally nice and made us feel very welcome.
My children wished for a bigger bathroom area.

The hotel is in a quiet area yet super close to the BTC City, which has tons of shops and entertainment. The breakfast was pretty good and the rooms were clean. Plus, we loved the free access to the fitness center and sauna.
One downside was the bathroom. it could use some improvements, as the shower drainage wasn't great and caused a bit of pooling. That was slightly inconvenient during our stay.

the bit center has a great location, with buses nearby that take you right to the city center. the staff was friendly, which made our stay pleasant. we enjoyed using the fitness center and sauna too, perfect after a long day.

Recommend it for solo travelers
The breakfast was tasty! I enjoyed croissants, coffee, and it had good variety too, which is always a plus. The staff were friendly and helped me find the bus stop just right next to the hotel for easy access into town. It felt good to have that kind of support, you know?
It wasn’t overly cheap, but I'd say it's acceptable for what you get.
